VitalSend now uses accounts

VitalSend now uses an account-based model.

This change exists for one reason: convenience for people who use the service regularly.

Accounts make it possible to:

• send repeatedly without re-entering details
• manage credits and subscriptions
• simplify recurring use

The core model has not changed.

Transfers are still:

• encrypted before upload
• one-time only
• automatically destroyed after delivery or expiry

There is still no persistent link between an account and a delivered file. We do not keep transfer history, file archives, or logs connecting account activity to file contents. Because files are encrypted before upload, we cannot access file contents even if we wanted to.

After successful download by the recipient, the file and remaining transfer metadata are completely removed from our systems.

For additional security, you can add a password and send it through a separate channel such as WhatsApp or SMS.

VitalSend is still designed for irreversible handover, not storage or collaboration.

Accounts persist.
Transfers do not.
